Claim Online is a quick and easy way to make a claim

If you're the main policy holder of an ANZ Home, Contents or Comprehensive Car policy, you can use this form to make a claim. Currently you can only claim on home, contents, car insurance and broken glass online. For all other policy claims, including urgent claims or claims with more than 10 items to claim on, call us anytime 0800 269 252. 0800 269 252.

What information do I need?

ANZ Policy number
Enter your policy number including the three letter prefix. If you don't know your policy number, you can find this via your online banking or by giving us a call.

On what date did the incident you are claiming for take place? If you are unsure of the actual date of the incident, enter the date you became aware of the damage.
